As perfumes are considered personal care products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once the product has been opened or used. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers.

You may request a return or exchange in the following cases:
• The product arrives damaged during shipping.
• You receive a different product from the one you ordered.
• The product has a clear manufacturing defect in the bottle or spray pump before use.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• You must provide your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Shipping Costs
• If the issue is caused by our error or the product arrives damaged, Femina Secrets will cover all shipping costs related to the return or exchange.
• Requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your return request has been approved, the product will be inspected upon receipt. If the return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, or by another mutually agreed method, within the applicable processing period.
